Northrop Grumman Mission Systems' Engineering & Science (E&S) Multidomain Sensing, Targeting, and Survivability (MSTS) division is seeking a Staff Chief Engineer to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The selected candidate will serve as an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) on a production program within the Power / Control Systems (P/CS) Operating Unit (OU). P/CS programs encompass a large range of customers with Power and Control Systems needs but primarily designs for US Navy platforms at sea. With a long history of serving the fleet, we are excited to expand our team with this opening and continue increasing our support. This position is full-time on-site at our Sykesville, MD location.
What You'll Get To Do:
The EPM is accountable for the cost, schedule, and execution of all engineering scope on the program. This role ensures engineering activities are completed on time and within the approved budget and contractual boundaries across all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Key responsibilities include driving implementation of the technical execution plan and proactively identifying, securing, and coordinating the engineering resources needed to meet program objectives and commitments.

Primary Level Salary Range: $169,000.00 - $253,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
