Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK) is the Security and AI Operations Company, delivering one platform built at the intersection of data, identity, and AI. The platform enables agentic cyber resilience and trusted AI operations for enterprises worldwide, built to recover before disruption strikes and stay a step ahead, so security is never the reason ambition stalls.
At Rubrik, our Product Management team is at the forefront of defining the strategy and driving execution to strengthen our leading platform for cyber-resilience. We are dedicated to meeting the ever-changing data management and security needs of our customers and wear multiple hats throughout the different stages in the product lifecycle and set the vision for our growing family of products. As advocates for both our users and our business, Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work.
When a bank or a hospital loses a critical database to ransomware or a bad change, nobody asks about backup schedules. They ask how fast it's back and whether they can trust what came back. Your job is to make Rubrik the answer to both questions for Oracle.
You'll join the Databases product team with Oracle as your first focus, and own it end to end, from strategy to the outcomes customers see. Oracle is one of the hardest workloads we protect. Our customers run their most important systems on it. You'll also lead work that spans several databases, with the PMs who own them as partners.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Management, Databases. You'll work with engineering teams in the US and India.
You may not match every line. If you've owned recovery for another enterprise database or for storage, and you've worked with Oracle, apply and tell us how you'd learn the rest.
