About the job
As a Staff Backend Engineer on the Twilio Flex Engineering team, you will set technical direction for the systems that power TaskRouter, the real time engine that decides how every contact center interaction reaches the right person. You will operate as the senior technical leader across multiple services, owning the architecture for problems that span multiple quarters and organizational boundaries, and you will be accountable for how the platform scales, performs, and stays available as customer demand grows.
