STEM Content Analyst(Market Access/Managed Care data/PBM)

We are looking for a STEM Content Analyst to join our FingerTip Formulary Team in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on ever-growing market access field. This is a clinically oriented role which focuses on research, data entry and analysis of drug coverage. This detail-oriented role requires extreme accuracy and attention to detail

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum of 2yrs of experience in Market Access/Managed Care data/PBM
• Advanced computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding and interpreting clinical data
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven track record of working in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to ever changing client and healthcare market demands.

What will you be doing in this role? 

• You will accurately source, research, evaluate, interpret, and enter drug coverage information into database.
• Collaborate with the FingerTip and Restrictions team to ensure consistency in interpretation of data.
• Collection and appropriate storage of all supportive documentation for formulary and restrictions data.
• Assist in Automation Workflow as it pertains to FingerTip Formulary.

About the Team                                                                                                        

The Market Access Fingertip Formulary team is responsible for the generation and maintenance of formulary content working in close collaboration with stakeholders across Content Operations and the wider Life Science business. Our Formulary team consists colleagues based in India and USA.

Hours of Work  

12PM to 9PM IST with Hybrid mode of work
