Supply chain is broken. Let's fix it.
We are a team of engineers, product designers, and customer champions applying the most transformative technology of our times, AI, to one of the largest industries in the world. Augie, our AI agent, now runs end to end workflows for some of the largest B2B distributors in North America.
We are looking for a Strategic Account Director to own and grow our most important distributor relationships.
You own Augment's growth inside a portfolio of strategic accounts. These are distributors with more than $5B in annual revenue.
You are the executive partner to each customer's leadership team. You find the next workflow Augie should run. You build the business case. You get the pilot live with our engineers. Then you turn the pilot into recurring revenue.
This is not a traditional sales role. Distribution executives do not want a salesperson. They want an advisor who understands their business model and delivers results.
You are one of the first people in this role. You will help write the playbook for everyone who joins after you.
Own ARR expansion across your accounts against an annual growth target
Build trusted relationships with C-suite and VP leaders in purchasing, operations, logistics, sales, and IT
Map each customer's workflows and find where Augie creates the most value next
Build financial models and ROI cases that your champions can defend to their CFO
Scope pilots and lead them to production with our Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Leads, and Product team
Run executive business reviews and working sessions, onsite and remote
Bring customer insight back to Product and help shape the roadmap
Document what works and turn it into a repeatable strategic-accounts playbook
5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, enterprise sales, or a founder role
A track record of owning senior client relationships and driving measurable outcomes.
Strongly analytical; you build models, work with messy data, and turn findings into clear decisions
A second-order thinker. You connect today's priorities to long-term account strategy.
Comfortable in ambiguity and with a product that changes fast
Credible with executives, personable, and easy to work with
Willing to travel to customer sites and industry events
Experience in B2B distribution, supply chain, or ERP-heavy industries
Hands-on use of AI or LLM tools
An MBA or equivalent experience
Competitive Salary + Stock Options
Comprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits
Flexible PTO
Monthly stipend
Direct proximity to leadership
Accelerated path into functional leadership
