About the challenge
As the largest proptech in Indonesia, our success is built relationship by relationship, and some of the most important relationships we have are with the national real estate chains that shape the market. Ray White, ERA Indonesia, Century 21, RE/MAX, Gading Pro and other leading franchise networks bring together hundreds of offices and thousands of agents across the country. Growing with them means understanding how a franchise network works at every level, from the master franchise owner to the principal of a single office to the agents on the ground.
We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager to own Lamudi's relationships with these national franchise networks. You will be the single point of ownership for each strategic account, setting one consistent standard for how Lamudi partners with the network, and you will work office by office to grow our presence within it. This means finding the right right digital and marketing solutions to their offices, and using data to show clients exactly where the value is and where the growth opportunity lies.
If you are comfortable sitting across the table from a master franchise owner in the morning and walking an office principal through their performance data in the afternoon, we should talk. Management at Lamudi does not manage from high above. We are builders who roll up our sleeves and solve challenges together with the team.
You will own and grow Lamudi's strategic partnerships with top national real estate franchise networks, building trusted relationships with master franchise owners, regional leaders, and office principals
You will build an account plan for each franchise network, mapping their offices, agents, and listing activity to identify where Lamudi's presence is strong and where the gaps are
You will identify the right marketing solutions for each franchise and its offices, from listing packages and premium visibility to digital marketing and lead solutions
You will use data to drive every conversation: extracting and analysing listing, traffic, lead, and performance data to build insights, business reviews, and proposals that show clients clear value
You will run regular business reviews with franchise leadership and key offices, tracking adoption, performance, and ROI, and turning insights into next actions
You will design network-wide programs and commercial agreements with franchise headquarters, then drive rollout and adoption across individual offices
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality partnership experience across every office in the network
You will stay on top of franchise network dynamics, competitor activity, and market trends to spot new opportunities early
A relationship builder at the top level: You are credible and confident with business owners and senior leaders, and you build trust through consistency and follow-through
An analytical mind: You are comfortable working with data, know which numbers matter, and can turn them into a story a client understands and acts on
A commercial strategist: You see the bigger picture of an account, not just the next deal, and you know how to grow share of business over time
A digital-solutions thinker: You understand how digital marketing and online platforms help property businesses grow, and can match the right solution to each client's needs
A self-starter with ownership: You take full responsibility for your accounts, proactively seek opportunities, and follow through to execution
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, strategic partnerships, or business development, ideally in proptech, real estate, digital media, or B2B digital solutions
This role will be an individual contributor role
Proven track record of managing and growing large, multi-location, or franchise-type accounts with measurable revenue growth
Strong understanding of the Indonesian real estate industry and how franchise agency networks operate is highly preferred; existing relationships with national chains are a strong plus
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and data extraction, and able to build data-driven business reviews and proposals
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including with business owners and C-level
Willingness to travel to franchise offices across Indonesia as needed
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
