Element employees make a difference in the lives of others every day. We are re-defining the fleet management industry to be people first, then business – delivering on our promise of a superior client experience. This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.
Turn Element Mobility’s highest-priority opportunities into clear plans, aligned decisions, and measurable outcomes.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Element Mobility’s most important cross-functional opportunities do not always fit neatly within a single team. As Director, Strategic Initiatives, you will turn those priorities into clear plans, decisions, and measurable business outcomes.
Reporting to the SVP, Element Mobility, you will lead strategic initiatives and special projects across mobility growth areas, bringing structure to ambiguous work, aligning stakeholders, resolving blockers, and maintaining leadership visibility from concept through execution.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who can combine analytical judgement, executive communication, and disciplined follow-through. Your impact will show up in a stronger operating cadence, faster execution of critical initiatives, and tangible progress across work that spans functions.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THIS ROLE IF:
You bring strategy and operating experience, strong judgement, and the ability to create structure and momentum in complex, fast-moving work.
Preferred experience includes fleet, mobility, technology-enabled businesses, financial services, product/platform environments, or adjacent industries; management consulting or high-growth technology experience; and experience with business cases, OKRs, dashboards, and executive materials.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL US

For someone who enjoys creating clarity where ownership is not always obvious, this is an opportunity to influence high-priority work through structured problem solving, strong cross-functional relationships, and disciplined execution. Element’s purpose is to Move the world through intelligent mobility. In this role, you will help connect that purpose to practical decisions and measurable progress across Element Mobility.
