As an IT practices and products subject matter expert, you will be an essential cross-sector resource person. You’ll play a critical role in the consistency, quality and evolution of our IT practices, notably through your ability to anticipate changes and improve practices. You will actively contribute to supporting teams, continuously improving processes and ensuring the success of the organization’s initiatives, while providing a simple, efficient user experience aligned with users’ real needs. You will act as a subject matter expert for our IT practices and products, including the IT portal, service request management, the catalogue, the service centre and knowledge management. You will play a central role in the evolution, optimization and quality of solutions, working closely with product owners and IT teams. You will also support the continuous improvement of our practices, in line with the Access IT Administrative Department’s execution plan. You’ll make sure that the proposed solutions take user experience (UX) principles into account, promoting accessibility, seamless user paths, clear information and user-friendly services.
