Job Purpose:
Execution of Shell assembly Production (mainly Projection welding , Brazing ) by Planning manpower Resources, and Deployment of Material and Other required Sources.
Manage team handling production, supply chain, quality & maintain high level of process / Productivity and safety discipline.
Support for Production attainment & adherence & improve on it
Quick Support to NPD (new product development) with reduced time to market.
Focus of Customer satisfaction with reduction in operational / manufacturing cost.
Inventory management & control.
Manage Vendor base out sourcing activities for fabrication type work
