Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in exporting and transforming data from MRP systems into visually appealing and insightful Power BI dashboards.
This role will support the design, development, automation, and maintenance of dashboards and data solutions used to drive data quality, supply chain visibility, and operational decision-making.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to transform data from source systems and data platforms into trusted, actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for leveraging data to optimize supply chain processes and deliver outstanding results.
Work scope
Dashboard Creation, Maintenance, and Performance Optimization
· Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to transform supply chain reports into clear, insightful visuals.
· Ensure timely and accurate data refreshes, including troubleshooting refresh issues as needed.
· Validate data inputs, perform data quality checks, and resolve discrepancies to maintain dashboard reliability.
· Develop automation or refresh schedules to support data accuracy and availability.
· Maintain documentation for dashboards.
· Continuously identify opportunities to improve dashboard efficiency, streamline data management, enhance visualization techniques, and improve user experience.
· Stay current with the latest Power BI features and best practices to ensure dashboards remain effective and up to date.
