Join us in putting the world’s compute behind the people building what comes next.
At Hyperbolic, we’re making global AI compute liquid. We bring fragmented, heterogeneous GPU capacity together into one unified, productive platform, making it easier to access, sell, resell, manage, and orchestrate the resources that power AI. For neocloud, we turn GPU capacity into productive infrastructure that delivers lasting value and accelerate their time to market.
We believe bold ideas deserve the computing power to become reality. We’re building toward a future where compute flows as freely as electricity, available when and where it’s needed, so builders everywhere can turn their most ambitious ideas into breakthroughs.
We’re looking for curious, driven people who take ownership, challenge assumptions, and care deeply about what they build. If you’re energized by hard problems and want to help shape how the world accesses AI, we’d love to build with you.
Hyperbolic is looking for a Supply Specialist to help grow and strengthen the supply side of our GPU marketplace. This is a highly commercial role focused on sourcing GPU capacity, negotiating supplier agreements, and building long-term relationships with infrastructure partners across the AI ecosystem.
Working directly with the Head of Supply and company founders, you'll own supplier relationships from first conversation through signed agreement. You'll identify new sources of GPU capacity, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, coordinate contracts, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure every deal supports the long-term success of the marketplace.
Our business model is unique, and we'll teach you the nuances of how our marketplace operates. What we're looking for is someone with strong commercial instincts, experience negotiating infrastructure or technology partnerships, and the drive to build and manage their own supplier portfolio.
Source new GPU supply across NeoClouds, data center operators, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technical infrastructure suppliers.
Build, manage, and grow your own pipeline of supplier relationships from initial outreach through signed agreement.
Negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, reserved capacity, SLAs, payment schedules, deposits, contract terms, and termination provisions.
Own supplier negotiations from first conversation through execution of LOIs, MSAs, order forms, and other commercial agreements.
Conduct commercial diligence on potential suppliers, validating GPU capacity, technical capabilities, operational reliability, and counterparty risk.
Partner closely with Sales and Finance to align supplier agreements with customer demand while maintaining healthy marketplace economics.
Work alongside Legal to ensure supplier contracts accurately reflect negotiated commercial terms.
Maintain visibility into market pricing, supplier availability, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.
Represent Hyperbolic at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships within the GPU infrastructure community.
Help develop scalable processes and best practices as Hyperbolic continues to expand its global supply network.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Approximately 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, supply, sales, or commercial roles within cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements involving infrastructure, cloud services, hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, GPUs, or similar technical products.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing deals from sourcing through contract execution.
Ability to evaluate deal economics, pricing structures, margins, and commercial tradeoffs.
Comfortable reviewing commercial contract language, including service level agreements (SLAs), payment terms, liability provisions, and operational commitments.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership, ambiguity, and direct exposure to company leadership.
Passion for AI infrastructure and a desire to stay current on the rapidly evolving compute ecosystem.
Experience working with NeoClouds, GPU providers, data centers, hyperscalers, hosting companies, or infrastructure marketplaces.
Exposure to financial modeling, marketplace economics, or pricing strategy.
Experience working with infrastructure procurement, capacity planning, or hardware supply chains.
Existing relationships within the AI infrastructure, GPU, or cloud ecosystem.
We care more about your experience than your title. Successful candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
Business Development or Partnerships at a NeoCloud, GPU marketplace, or AI infrastructure provider.
Supply, Procurement, or Commercial Partnerships within cloud infrastructure or hosting companies.
Account Executive or Strategic Partnerships roles selling infrastructure or enterprise technology.
Commercial or ecosystem roles at OEMs, hardware manufacturers, or server providers working with cloud providers.
Business Development within colocation, dedicated hosting, bare metal, or infrastructure-as-a-service companies.
Hyperbolic is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
