- Escalate complex issues when needed, while staying the customer’s main point of contact
- Spot recurring issues and help improve our support processes as Pio grows
You’ll thrive here if you
- Like figuring out why something isn’t working and how to fix it
- Enjoy working directly with customers and have an excellent tone of voice
- Stay calm when there’s a problem to solve
- Learn quickly and can prioritize your own work independently
- Want to build your skills in automation and robotics
What you bring
- Experience with remote support for IT and basic hardware
- Experience with TeamViewer and support ticket systems
- Customer service or other direct customer contact
- Basic knowledge of software, IT systems and networking
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
What you’ll get at Pio

- Training across Pio and AutoStore technology
- Direct experience working with customers across Europe
- Possibility of continuing after 3 months.
