We’re now hiring a hands-on **Support & MIS Coordinator** to help us stay organized, customer-focused, and data-driven as we scale sales.

### **Role Overview:**
This is a high-ownership role where you will act as the nerve center between our field team, customers, and leadership — collecting daily data, organizing field inputs, supporting customer escalations, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

### **What You’ll Do:**
* Own and update key trackers (sales, collections, customer complaints, battery issues)
* Create and manage Google Forms and Sheets for daily field inputs
* Follow up with sales/ops team to ensure timely data submissions
* Share daily and weekly reports with leadership — clean, visual, and actionable
* Support battery customers by tracking complaints and coordinating resolution
* Track battery health data (shared by tech/device team) and flag early warnings
* Maintain field agent rosters, incentive records, and escalation logs

### **You Should Have:**
* 3–5 years of experience in field ops support / MIS / coordination roles
* Strong command of **Google Sheets**, Forms, and basic formulas (pivot tables, filters, etc.)
* Ability to **follow up proactively** with multiple team members and ensure compliance
* Basic comfort with numbers, dashboards, and reporting
* Good written and spoken Hindi & English
* Fast learner with a “get-it-done” attitude

* Past experience in EV, fintech, lending, logistics, or mobility startups
* Basic exposure to CRM, collection systems, or battery tracking tools
* Experience working with field teams in Tier 2/3 cities
