Job Description
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approx. 3 working days a week. The anticipated start date is as soon as possible.
Your main tasks in this support role within the Private Markets Operations team include:
Extract and validate data from financial reports;
Maintain Private Equity-related data;
Ensure consistent data quality throughout the processes;
Identify and report data anomalies and inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders for clarification;
Process client inquiries;
Assist with projects and support process improvements or automation.
Requirements
For students: currently studying business informatics, business administration, computer science or similar at Bachelor or Masters level;
Work experience in the financial industry and/or in process improvements would be an asset;
Excellent MS office skills, in particular Excel;
Strong writing and communication skills in English; German would be an asset;
Analytical and high focus on detail combined with an ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality;
Strong affinity to work with and analyze data, data modelling skills are a plus;
Pro-active and motivated team player.
