Support or Student Support – Company Database 60-80%

Job Description
 

This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approx. 3 working days a week. The anticipated start date is as soon as possible.

Your main tasks in this support role within the Private Markets Operations team include:

• Extract and validate data from financial reports;

• Maintain Private Equity-related data;

• Ensure consistent data quality throughout the processes;

• Identify and report data anomalies and inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders for clarification;

• Process client inquiries;

• Assist with projects and support process improvements or automation.

Requirements

• For students: currently studying business informatics, business administration, computer science or similar at Bachelor or Masters level;

• Work experience in the financial industry and/or in process improvements would be an asset;

• Excellent MS office skills, in particular Excel;

• Strong writing and communication skills in English; German would be an asset;

• Analytical and high focus on detail combined with an ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality;

• Strong affinity to work with and analyze data, data modelling skills are a plus;

• Pro-active and motivated team player.
