We're the Oxy DC team - small, close-knit, and working shoulder to shoulder. Here you won't be "just another team member": your ideas get heard, and your impact is visible. Between Cloud, ClickHouse, Golang, Kafka and the daily challenges of running infrastructure at scale, there's never a shortage of interesting problems. And we're genuinely open to new tech ideas - if you bring plenty of them, this is a place to grow by actually building them, not just talking about them. We care about the work, the thinking, and how we click as a team.
