System Support Technician, Lund or Stockholm or Linköping

Are you the person colleagues are glad to reach when a system stops cooperating? We're looking for a System Support Technician with Salesforce experience to join our System Support team at our HQ in Lund, or our offices in Linköping or Stockholm — a role where technical problem-solving and genuine service go hand in hand.

Who is your future team?

You'll join our System Support team, ten technicians who maintain and provide first line support for a range of Axis systems, including Salesforce, our own in-house CRM, our intranet, Microsoft 365 and access management. We're part of the internal IT Helpdesk, which supports Axis employees globally.

We're a down-to-earth team where no one is too senior to pick up a ticket. We help each other out without worrying too much about who does what, and we'd rather solve the problem together than protect our own patch.

What you'll do here as System Support Technician

Your day is built around helping colleagues around the world get past whatever is standing in their way. You'll be the first line of support for our own CRM and for Salesforce, and you'll keep access management running smoothly across a range of our systems. Beyond solving what lands in your queue, you'll help make sure fewer problems land there in the first place.

• Support colleagues globally through our case management system, ServiceNow

• Handle access management across a range of Axis systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the systems we support

• Create and maintain knowledge articles and workflows

• Collaboration with other teams on systems that connect to ours

Who are we looking for?

You're service-minded, and you enjoy the moment when a technical problem finally gives way. You're curious about how different systems work and how they connect, and you take a user-centric approach to your work. Sharing what you know comes naturally to you, and you're easy to work with day to day. You know how to prioritize, and you keep your work structured even when several things need attention at once.

You're also an early adopter who is curious about new technical solutions, combined with a pragmatic understanding that not all of them are applicable to our use cases or feasible to implement.

We'd love to hear that you have:

• Several years of experience providing system support to users

• Hands-on experience supporting users in Salesforce

• An IT education, or equivalent experience

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, since we also provide global support

Bonus points for:

• Experience working with ServiceNow as a case management system
