T1 Presales Technical Consultant

Description -

We are looking for a T1 Presales Technical Consultant to join the team.

This role is responsible for building client relationships, communicating the value of proposed solutions, and contributing to revenue growth. The role prepares responses to proposals and identifies scalability options while addressing complex challenges with innovative solutions. The role stays updated with industry trends, manages end-to-end solution implementation, and mentors junior team members for their growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with executives and senior stakeholders from client organizations, building strong relationships and effectively communicating the value of the proposed solutions.
• Works closely with the sales team, providing them with technical insights and guidance to help position the organization's offerings effectively during the sales process.
• Prepares responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) ensuring that the technical aspects of the proposal align with the client's needs.
• Identifies the growth path and scalability options for a solution and generates an implementation plan considering any potential challenges and/or risks.
• Handles unique and complex challenges that require creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Conducts market research to identify new trends, customer pain points, and opportunities, helping the organization stay ahead of the competition.
• Manages the implementation of the proposed solution, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to deployment.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop technical and consultative selling skills.
• Contributes to thought leadership initiatives, such as writing technical articles, whitepapers, or speaking at industry conferences to establish the organization's expertise.

Education & Experience Recommended:

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
