Roles and Responsibilities
Support key Systems Engineering deliverables required to support T901 EMD program execution.
Lead and participate in technical reviews, IPT meetings, test design reviews, tollgate reviews, etc.
Lead teams without direct reporting and provide Systems guidance to broader T901 team.
Collaborate across organizations to streamline engineering processes, improve team productivity, and ensure effective daily management.
Facilitate Weekly Operating Rhythm (WOR) and Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and drive operational performance.
Guide and coach the team in the application of lean tools, such as action plans, problem-solving reports, value stream mapping, and standard work, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee the development and execution of process improvement projects and initiatives, including the selection of methods, tools, and deployment strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Communicate lean and process improvement strategies, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders, direct organization, and cross-functional partner organizations to ensure alignment and support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering position.
