このポジションでは、優れた採用体験の実現に貢献するとともに、日本国内における新卒・若手人材向け施策の推進及び中途採用を担っていただきます。日々、HRビジネスパートナーや採用マネージャーと緊密に連携し、新卒採用の両面において効果的な採用戦略の立案・実行かつ中途採用を支援します。また、市場動向、人材供給状況、競合他社の採用活動に関するインサイトを提供し、人員計画および採用意思決定を支援します。

このポジションは、日本におけるABBのタレント戦略を形づくる重要な役割を担います。HRビジネスパートナー、採用マネージャー、事業部門長、グローバル・タレントアクイジションチームなど、多様で影響力のあるステークホルダーと連携しながら、戦略的な採用活動を推進します。競争の激しい市場環境の中で、ABBが優秀な人材を惹きつけ、エンゲージメントを高め、採用するための重要な役割を果たします。

また、以下のような若手人材戦略（Early Talent Strategy）に加えて、中途採用も担当いただきます。

主な業務内容

• 担当ポジションにおける採用プロセス全般（募集から入社まで）を管理し、採用責任者や事業部門のリーダーに対する信頼できるアドバイザーとして活動する。
• 人事部門および事業部門の関係者と連携し、人材パイプライン、採用プロセス、候補者体験に関する課題を特定・解決する。
• エンジニアリング、製造、営業、サービス部門およびコーポレート機能部門において、優秀な人材を獲得するためのソーシング戦略を立案・実行する。
• インターンシップ、新卒採用、大学向け採用活動などの若手人材プログラムを企画・運営する。
• 大学、教育機関、学生団体、業界ネットワークとの強固な関係を構築・維持し、ABBの将来的な人材パイプラインを強化する。
• キャリアフェア、大学イベント、ネットワーキングイベント、採用ブランディング活動などでABBを代表し、企業認知度および採用ブランドの向上に貢献する。
• 採用管理システム（ATS）、ソーシングツール、候補者エンゲージメントツール、Employer Brandingツールなどを活用・管理し、採用成果の向上を支援する。
• 事業ニーズに沿った採用戦略、人材誘致施策、採用ブランド向上施策、および若手人材向け施策を提案・企画・実行する。
• 市場動向や人材マーケットに関する情報を採用責任者や人事担当者へ提供し、人員計画や採用戦略の策定を支援する。
• グローバルのタレントアクイジションコミュニティと連携し、ベストプラクティスの共有や継続的改善を推進するとともに、優れた候補者体験の実現に貢献する。

応募資格

• タレントアクイジション（採用）の実務経験3年以上 特にグローバル企業、産業機器、エンジニアリング、製造業、またはテクノロジー企業での経験歓迎
• 新卒採用、インターンシップ運営、大学との連携、キャンパスリクルーティングの経験
• ATS（Workday、SAP SuccessFactorsなど）やソーシングツールを活用した採用業務経験および採用手法に関する深い知識
• エンジニアリング、製造業、産業オートメーション、またはテクノロジー分野の人材市場に関する知識
• 高いステークホルダーマネジメント能力、関係構築力、および周囲を巻き込む力
• 候補者に対し、シームレスでインクルーシブかつ魅力的な採用体験を提供することへの情熱と優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 複数の採用プロジェクトを同時に推進できる高い計画力・プロジェクトマネジメント能力
• 人事、経営学、心理学などの学位、または同等の採用・人事経験
• 日本語能力試験（JLPT）N1レベル以上の日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可（必須ではありません）

Your role and responsibilities

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience and help drive our local early talent engagement activities . Each day, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring strategies across experienced and early talent recruitment. You will also provide valuable insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.

This role plays a key part in shaping ABB's talent landscape in Japan, partnering with a diverse and influential group of stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Business Unit Leaders, and the Global Talent Acquisition Team. You will be at the heart of strategic hiring conversations, driving impactful talent decisions while helping ABB attract, engage, and hire top talent in a highly competitive market.

 

In addition to experienced hiring, you will support ABB's early talent strategy through graduate recruitment, internship programs, university partnerships, and employer branding initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building talent pipelines, engaging with future talent, and delivering innovative attraction strategies.

 

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes for assigned requisitions, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Partnering with HR leadership and business stakeholders to identify and resolve challenges across talent pipelines, hiring processes, and candidate experience.
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across engineering, manufacturing, sales, service, and functional roles.
• Managing and coordinating early talent programs, including internships, graduate hiring, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, student organizations, and industry networks to strengthen ABB's future talent pipeline.
• Representing ABB at career fairs, university events, networking forums, and employer branding activities to enhance ABB's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
• Utilizing and maintaining recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding systems to support effective hiring outcomes.
• Recommending, developing, and implementing recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction, employer branding, and early talent initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Providing market intelligence and talent insights to hiring managers and HR stakeholders to support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Partnering with the wider Talent Acquisition community to share best practices, drive continuous improvement, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications for the Role

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a global industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technology-driven organization.
• Experience managing early talent programs, graduate recruitment, internships, university partnerships, or campus hiring activities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies, with experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and sourcing technologies.
• Good knowledge of the engineering, manufacturing, industrial automation, or technology talent market.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR.
• JLPT N1 level of Japanese language.
•  Ideally business-level English (preferred but not essential).
