We’re hiring a remote strategic, consultative Executive Talent Acquisition Partner (ETAP) who will play a critical role in shaping the leadership of our Village—partnering deeply with senior stakeholders, bringing market intelligence and rigor to our searches, and helping elevate the capabilities of our executive TA function.
What You’ll Do

Candidate Engagement & Experience
Build authentic relationships with high-impact leaders. Act as an ambassador for DaVita’s mission and culture while ensuring a seamless, white-glove candidate experience.
Inclusive & Insight-Driven Hiring
Use data, storytelling, and external benchmarks to challenge assumptions, drive equitable processes, and ensure top-tier, diverse talent is surfaced and hired.
Collaboration Across the Village
Partner cross-functionally with People Services, Compensation, and Legal to design offers, mitigate risk, and deliver aligned hiring outcomes.
Team Contribution & Mentorship
Elevate the performance of the broader executive TA team by sharing insights, mentoring teammates, and modeling excellence in candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and process rigor.
What You Bring
- 5+ years leading executive searches, either in-house or at a retained search firm, with experience placing , Director, VP and C-level roles in complex organizations
- Strong business acumen—you quickly grasp how organizations work and what kind of leadership will drive impact
- Exceptional influencing skills—you’re credible in the room with senior leaders and can challenge perspectives with humility and data
- Mastery of sourcing strategies and tools, including external market insights
- A collaborative mindset and passion for team development and continuous improvement
