Expression of Interest: Credit Risk Analytics Opportunities

Are you passionate about using data, analytics and risk insight to support better credit decisions?

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from motivated candidates interested in future opportunities within Credit Risk Analytics. These roles are suited to people who enjoy working with data, solving complex problems, and translating analysis into practical recommendations that support customers, business outcomes and prudent risk management.

As part of a Credit Risk Analytics team, you may contribute to work across portfolio monitoring, credit strategy, risk appetite, model insights, reporting, forecasting, and decisioning. You will help identify trends, assess credit performance, and provide analytical insights that inform sound risk decisions.

What you may work on

You could be involved in:

• Analysing credit portfolios to identify risk trends, opportunities and emerging issues
• Developing dashboards, reports and insights for business and risk stakeholders
• Supporting credit strategy, policy and decisioning initiatives
• Monitoring portfolio performance, arrears, losses, approvals and customer outcomes
• Using analytical tools to investigate data, test hypotheses and recommend actions
• Partnering with stakeholders across Risk, Product, Finance, Data and Technology
• Contributing to continuous improvement in analytics, controls and reporting processes

About you

We are looking for candidates who bring strong analytical capability, curiosity and sound judgement. You may have experience in credit risk, banking, data analytics, finance, consulting, or a related field.

You will ideally have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, Excel, Tableau or Power BI
• An understanding of credit risk concepts, lending portfolios or financial services
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data quality
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Experience in credit risk analytics is highly regarded, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills from adjacent analytical roles.
