The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software Engineering team you will design and deliver end-to-end software solutions that drive innovation in tax technology. As a Senior Associate, you will guide and mentor junior developers while navigating complex projects to deliver innovative results. This position allows you to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and contribute to impactful client services.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a fullstack engineer
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with modern web frameworks
- - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems preferred
- Developing with REACT V16.0, .NET Core, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and C#
- Excelling in React for modern front-end development
- Experience contributing to user-facing product features in a collaborative team environment
- Exposure to integrating LLMs or other AI APIs into applications
- Understanding of prompt engineering basics and how LLMs can power user experiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- Interest in learning about vector databases and orchestration tools
- Some experience building backend APIs and working with cloud services
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers and product teams
- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and agile development practices
- Building, testing, and deploying applications on Azure
- Mentoring and leading development teams
