Svix is a fast-growing startup building the future of server-to-server communication, starting with webhooks. We build high-quality, scalable, and fast infrastructure trusted by companies like Etsy, TaskRabbit, Brex, and the Fortune 500.
We have a top 1% product & team, our customers love us, and we are working towards building a generation defining developer infrastructure company. We also wrote the spec for webhooks (Standard Webhooks) which has since been adopted by Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and many others.
To support our efforts, we have raised $11M from top investors including a16z and Y Combinator, along with founders and CTOs from companies like GitHub, Segment, Lookout, and Fly.io.
We're looking for a top performing Tech Lead to help scale our product and team. This role is about more than just writing great code, you'll make key technical decisions, tackle complex problems, and mentor engineers while ensuring we deliver a top-notch developer experience.
If you thrive in high-impact environments and want to build something meaningful with a team that moves fast, we'd love to chat.
If you are a top performer who wants to do the best job of their life surrounded by others doing the same, this is the place for you.

This role is a player-coach (we expect this person to spend ~80% of the time coding).
