Konovo is a global healthcare intelligence company on a mission to transform research through technology- enabling faster, better, connected insights.
Konovo provides healthcare organisations with access to over 2 million healthcare professionals and patients—the largest network of its kind globally. With a workforce of over 300 employees across 5 countries: India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and the United States, we collaborate to support some of the most prominent names in healthcare. Our customers include over 300 global pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, research agencies, and consultancy firms.
As we grow our India delivery organization, we’re looking for a Team Lead to own day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of Life Sciences and Pharma clients. You’ll lead a team of Project Managers executing quant and qual studies directly for our pharma and life sciences clients, and you’ll be the person who turns a client’s brief into a plan the team can actually run on. This is a great opportunity to shape the presence of Konovo’s India Client Services team as it rapidly expands.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and coach a team of Project Managers delivering Life Sciences and Pharma studies with speed and quality, meeting client expectations on every project.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for Life Sciences clients, translating study requirements into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.
- As leader of your team, you’ll spearhead workforce efficiency initiatives driving speed, quality, and innovation.
- Build a culture of client-first execution: develop, coach, and retain PMs who meet Konovo’s bar for service excellence.
- Remove blockers fast. Resolve feasibility gaps, delivery risk, and client escalations with sound judgment, so clients experience Konovo as an extension of their own team.
- Drive predictable execution across concurrent Life Sciences studies by prioritizing effectively and managing dependencies in a high-volume environment.
- Improve delivery visibility using project management and CRM tools to track progress, risk, and outcomes, and flag patterns back to the VP, Client Services.
- Partner with sampling, programming, and commercial teams to protect quality, timelines, and project economics specific to the Life Sciences book of business.
- Improve how delivery works day to day. Partner with Product and Technology on better delivery tools and practical automation, and bring ideas on shared standards back to the wider delivery team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma delivery. Direct experience working with pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, not through an agency intermediary, is a real advantage. You know how study sponsorship, compliance expectations, and direct client relationships actually work.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership, coaching and developing PMs or similar client-facing researchers.
- Comfort with research delivery tooling (programming systems like Decipher, scheduling platforms, Salesforce or similar CRM) to run high-volume concurrent studies.
- A track record of growing and retaining client relationships: spotting expansion opportunities and partnering across teams to deliver value over time.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, with the ability to work hybrid 2 or more days a week from our office.
- Ability to work a shift that covers our global clients and aligns with delivery leaders across time zones. Exact hours to be confirmed, expect regular evening or late-night overlap with the US and Europe.
- Comfortable leveraging, and helping to inform the development of AI-enabled tools to transform workflows, improve response quality and timeliness, and deliver growth at scale without compromising data integrity or customer experience.
Why Join Konovo?
- Be part of a mission-driven organisation that is empowering life science researchers and data scientists with the broadest ecosystem of healthcare audiences and an intelligent, AI-enabled platform, so insights aren’t just collected, they’re connected.
- Join a fast-growing global team with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
- Enjoy a collaborative and hybrid work environment that fosters innovation and flexibility.
- Experience a workplace designed for growth, well-being, and balance.
- Comprehensive benefits, including group medical coverage, accident insurance, and a robust leave policy.
- Make a real-world impact by helping healthcare organisations innovate faster.
If you’re eager to build a meaningful career in healthcare market research, and you’re smart, nice, and driven to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
