Team Member-1

Be home in time for dinner!

At The Little Beet, we take pride in serving up fresh, high quality ingredients, and doing things the right way, every day, by a team who truly cares.

Our restaurants are fast-paced, supportive, and built around teamwork. We take pride in serving fresh, high-quality food while creating an environment where guests and team members feel welcomed, valued, and connected.

At Little Beet, our teams bring energy, positivity, and teamwork to every shift. We’re looking for people who enjoy fast paced environments, care about delivering great guest experiences, and want to be part of a supportive team that works hard together. With fresh food, a balanced restaurant schedule, and opportunities to grow, Little Beet offers a restaurant environment where you can learn, contribute, and build your career alongside a great team.

We also offer something different from many restaurant environments: the ability to maintain balance while building your career and real opportunities for growth.  As part of Convive Brands, you’ll have opportunities to grow across a portfolio of restaurant concepts, including California Pizza Kitchen and Le Pain Quotidien.

At Little Beet, you’re not just working a job, you’re joining a team that shows up for each other, grows together, and takes pride in the experiences we create every day.
