- Ensure components are manufactured according to technical drawings, specifications, tolerances and quality requirements.
- Support the setup and optimization of CNC milling machines, machining processes and production methods.
- Ensure correct use of tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment and machining parameters.
- Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Planning to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Identify bottlenecks and initiate improvements related to productivity, quality, lead time and efficiency.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions when production or quality issues occur.
- Ensure that employees follow safety procedures, work instructions and quality standards.
- Coach team members, provide feedback and contribute to their technical and professional development.
- Support the onboarding and training of new CNC employees.

- Strong knowledge of CNC milling and machining processes.
- Experience reading and interpreting complex technical drawings, GD&T and tolerances.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, machining strategies and measurement techniques.
