We're building for the long term, so we provide the tools you need, processes you can rely on, and a balanced work environment to help you do work you're proud of.
Sound like your kind of place? Let's build together.
Your impact
As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll own end-to-end hiring across our most important tech roles, from Application Engineering to Platform and beyond. You're the person making sure we hire the right people, fast. No hand-holding. No waiting. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
This isn't a generalist role, but it does require range. You're an experienced tech recruiter who's comfortable across different areas of the tech landscape, and can easily context switch. You'll partner directly with Engineering stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, sharpen briefs, and raise the bar on every search. You'll bring structure where it's missing, challenge assumptions that slow things down, and take ownership of projects that currently sit with leadership. You're the kind of person who spots a blocker on Monday and has it resolved by Tuesday.
Tech hiring is what will make or break our growth, and you'll be the person who builds the foundation that makes it possible. Real ownership, real visibility, and a direct line to shaping Mollie's future.
What you'll ship
Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering roles - from intake to offer - with the pace and precision our teams depend on
Build real partnerships with Engineering stakeholders, shaping how they approach hiring, not just executing on their requests
Bring structure and craft to tech intake, calibration, and pipeline planning, so every hiring decision reflects both immediate needs and where the team is headed
Spot the process, execution, or alignment gaps that are slowing down tech hiring, and fix them before they become someone else's problem
Take ownership of bigger tech hiring projects that currently sit with leadership, freeing them up and raising TA's impact across the business
Plug into and build on Mollie's AI-enabled recruiting practice - contributing to the automation, AI tools, and data-driven workflows we're building across sourcing, workflows, decision-making, and candidate experience to continuously raise the bar on hiring quality
Bring sharp market intelligence - tech talent trends, compensation benchmarks, candidate behaviour - to inform better decisions and improve quality of hire
What you'll bring
5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on tech hiring, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments
A natural ability to engage, influence, and challenge Engineering stakeholders - you're a true business partner, not an order taker
Experience owning complex tech searches end-to-end, from high-volume evergreen roles to senior or niche engineering positions
A strong sense of ownership: you pick things up independently, drive them to completion, and resolve blockers without waiting to be told
Comfort using recruiting data, pipeline analysis, and market insights to guide decisions - and the confidence to act on what you find
A track record of bringing structure and improving execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook doesn't always exist yet
Grow your way
At Mollie, growth is personal. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop their skills, explore new challenges and shape their career on their own terms.
You'll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. Many Mollies move into new roles or take on new projects to stretch themselves, and we actively hire from within to help you take the next step.
No matter if you're aiming for promotion, exploring a different career path or building new skills, you'll be supported with the tools, trust and opportunities to grow your way.
