Job Description

• Must have Skill -

  Integration of Genesys via APIs with other applications.Deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud Architect.Knowledgeable in the business of IVR (Interactive Voice Response), Chat, Email, SMS, WhatApp for CX (Customer Experience).

• Years of Exp - 2 - 5 years

• Edits documents to fit the organisation's style guidelines and prepares information for publication using established procedures and standards.

• Tracks budgets and brings variances to the attention of senior colleagues while working within established budgeting systems.

• Supports and enables others to use and benefit from existing data management systems.

• Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.

• Identifies shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, then uses established change management programmes to deliver prescribed outcomes and/or provide support services.

• Highlights shortcomings and suggests improvements in current IT Security processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit and/or discipline.

• Helps others use and benefit from the existing knowledge management systems.

• Supports others by performing prescribed product development/engineering activities (e.g., analysing client situations, interpreting data, etc.) using existing procedures.

• Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.

• Provides primary supervision to a team performing transactional work or supervises a small group performing junior professional tasks.

• Uses product specifications to design test procedures and standards.
