Your Role
As our Technical Expert Concrete, you will be a key contributor to our success in Norway by:
- Acting as the technical backbone of our commercial organization
- Developing and implementing innovative concrete solutions at customer sites
- Supporting product launches and driving market adoption of new technologies
- Collaborating with Nordic and European technical and R&D teams
- Strengthening our position as a technical leader in the Norwegian market
What You Will Do
- Provide expert technical support to sales teams and customers
- Develop and optimize products based on market needs and raw materials
- Lead trials, testing, and implementation at customer sites
- Ensure compliance with EN, ISO, and other relevant standards
- Own product documentation (TDS, EPD, references)
- Represent the company in industry networks, forums, and events
- Collaborate across borders to share knowledge and drive innovation
Who You Are
You are a technically strong and commercially minded professional who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. We believe you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in chemistry, chemical engineering, construction, or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical role within construction chemicals
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology and chemistry
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A structured and self-driven approach to work
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
- Familiarity with another Scandinavian language is a plus
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
