WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Technical Platform Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key operational liaison, ensuring the seamless performance of Viant’s products, including our Demand Side Platform (DSP). You will play a pivotal role in bridging cross-functional internal teams - such as Operations, Product, and Engineering - with external stakeholders and third-party partners. Your core responsibility is to maintain operational continuity through clear communication, technical insight, and a strong sense of urgency when addressing problems, challenges, and opportunities.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying root causes, facilitating resolutions, and driving alignment across multiple teams. You will own day-to-day technical operations, lead troubleshooting efforts, and support campaign and platform stability. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is a clear communicator, and demonstrates task leadership by translating customer and business needs into actionable solutions.
