Translate customer questions and business requirements into clear technical problems and actionable next steps.
Communicate technical concepts, limitations, workarounds, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner closely with Engineering and Product to prioritize high-impact customer issues and ensure timely follow-through.
Identify patterns across customer inquiries and surface recurring product gaps, bugs, feature requests, and opportunities.
Build processes, documentation, and tooling that improve how we manage and resolve technical customer requests as we scale.
Help customers navigate complex use cases and get the most out of Higgsfield's technology.
Strong technical fluency and ability to quickly understand complex products, APIs, systems, and workflows.
Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Developer Support, or a similar function.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly when working through ambiguous or complex technical issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and customers and translate between technical and business contexts.
Exceptional ownership and follow-through, with the ability to drive multiple requests and workstreams to resolution.
Strong prioritization skills and comfort operating in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, video, or creative technology products.
Experience supporting APIs, developer products, or technically sophisticated enterprise customers.

Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn customer feedback into product improvements.
Experience operating in a rapidly scaling technology company.
