- Assess aircraft technical conditions and maintenance records to verify compliance with lease agreement requirements, continuing airworthiness standards, and contractual redelivery conditions.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, outstanding maintenance actions, and technical issues that could affect aircraft redelivery or lease compliance.
- Communicate review findings, technical observations, and recommended corrective actions clearly to clients, aircraft operators, lessors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-purchase and mid-lease physical aircraft inspections to assess technical condition, maintenance status, and compliance with applicable requirements.

- Monitor maintenance progress, follow up on outstanding technical issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams to support timely project completion.
- Contribute to aircraft redelivery planning and execution, helping ensure that all technical, documentation, and contractual requirements are addressed before handover.
- Travel internationally as required to support aircraft inspections, maintenance oversight, and redelivery projects across Europe, Asia, and the United States.
