- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges across APIs, payment processing, authentication, tokenization, risk solutions, and related technologies, using logs, transaction data, system behaviour, and technical documentation to identify root causes.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert, providing customers and internal stakeholders with product expertise, solution recommendations, and best-practice guidance.

- Develop and maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Support new product launches, migrations, and strategic customer initiatives.
- Share technical knowledge across the team and provide guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues.
- Support team coordination and operational activities, including acting as a deputy for leadership when required.
- Contribute to individual and team performance objectives and participate in off-hours/on-call support when required.
- Use digital tools and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance productivity, troubleshooting, knowledge management, and customer engagement.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
