As a Digital Enablement Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, and uphold professional standards. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the overall strategy and objectives of your projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning and development programs (e.g., onboarding, leadership, and technical learning)
- Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective learning solutions
- Developing and managing curriculum and instructional materials for diverse learning needs
- Utilizing adult learning theories and instructional design principles to create engaging content
- Facilitating training sessions and discussions to promote a culture of continuous learning
- Managing learning platforms and systems to optimize training delivery and accessibility
- Engaging with stakeholders to assess training needs and align with organizational goals
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for training improvements
- Supporting the development of strategic solutions for talent and development initiatives
- Coordinating with project teams to implement training programs in line with firm strategy
What You Must Have
- A Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Proven experience in facilitating training sessions (in-person or virtual); experience co-facilitating with business leaders or SMEs preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization; familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage
