Technician

The Opportunity:

Join us as an Autoglass Technician and become a key player in keeping people safe on the road. In this hands-on role, you will repair, replace, and recalibrate vehicle glass using cutting-edge tools and technology—delivering top-quality workmanship every time.

You’ll also be the face of our service, working directly with customers to provide expert advice, offer value-added products, and ensure every interaction is a great one. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will make a real difference.

We offer career development and experiences you won’t find anywhere else. Our technicians get opportunities for paid short-term overseas assignments – this year alone, we’ve had team members working in Australia and Sweden! You’ll also get a chance to earn while you learn, completing a nationally recognised qualification on the job – all paid for.

Whether you're an experienced technician or ready to start a new and exciting career path, we offer a supportive team environment, comprehensive training, and opportunities to grow with us.
