We are looking for a Technology Marketing Manager to turn Neural Concept’s platform, technology, and long-term vision into compelling stories for engineers and executives.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market.
You will develop a deep understanding of Neural Concept’s technology and work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to create and continuously improve how our platform is explained to enterprise audiences.
Your work will directly shape how global enterprises perceive Neural Concept: not as a point solution, but as an intelligence layer that brings AI into engineering workflows, helping Global 2000 engineering leaders design better products faster.
This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy, offering the opportunity to take ownership of complex topics, shape Neural Concept’s technical and market narrative, and potentially grow into leading a product marketing team as the company scales.
Technology & Product Narrative
Develop a deep, hands-on understanding of Neural Concept’s platform, technology, and roadmap.
Act as a primary internal reference for market-facing technology and product narratives.
Turn complex technical concepts into clear explanations, examples, and value stories for engineering and executive audiences.
Work closely with leadership and Product to ensure alignment between vision, roadmap, and market messaging.
Messaging & Positioning Framework
Structure and maintain the core messaging framework in collaboration with leadership and Sales Enablement.
Define how Neural Concept’s technology is positioned across personas, industries, and use cases.
Ensure consistency and clarity across all market-facing materials (website, flagship assets, campaigns).
Clearly articulate technical differentiation and competitive positioning in a factual, grounded way.
Content Strategy & Creation
Own and produce technology- and product-driven content across flagship assets (hero blogs, whitepapers, product pages, decks).
Translate ongoing technical innovation into concrete, high-quality content that can be used externally by customers, partners, and sales teams.
Partner with the Design team to shape and produce high-quality product and technology content, including diagrams, visual explanations, demos and videos.
Go-to-Market Foundations (in collaboration)
Produce use-case content, value stories, and messaging inputs that Sales Enablement and Marketing actively use in customer conversations and campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure product and technology narratives are translated into clear, consistent sales messaging.
Support entry into new industries or use cases by clarifying positioning and value stories, without owning sales strategy or execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product, Applied Engineering, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Leadership.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and market-facing functions.
Contribute to strategic discussions on positioning, category evolution, and long-term narrative.
Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in technology marketing, technical product marketing, or market-facing technical roles within B2B or deep-tech companies.
You combine technical depth with a strong sense for marketing and storytelling, whether you built it in a marketing role or on the technical side.
Demonstrated ability to deeply understand complex technology platforms and systems, and reason about how they create value in real-world engineering workflows.
Engineering background (e.g., mechanical, aerospace, or computational engineering) or hands-on familiarity with CAD, CAE, or simulation tools is a strong plus.
Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities, constraints, and trade-offs into clear market positioning.
Proven ability to structure and maintain coherent messaging and positioning frameworks grounded in technical reality.
Track record of producing substantial, high-quality marketing content for complex technical products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the message to very different audiences, from engineers and technical experts to executives, decision-makers, and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and asking the right questions to build accurate, credible market narratives.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Ways of working
Able to drive complex topics from exploration to execution.
Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy while staying closely aligned with leadership and peers.
Execution-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on.
Open, direct, and collaborative in working across functions.
Energized by a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You adapt quickly, stay ahead of change, and are willing to challenge your own choices and iterate on them.
Genuine passion for technology, engineering, innovation, and AI. You naturally follow what’s happening in the field, enjoy exploring how new technologies change the way products are designed, and have a strong appetite for learning and continuous improvement.
Proactive and eager to step in beyond the core scope when projects call for it, contributing to product-related communications such as events, press releases, website updates, or newsletters.
Work with a world-class technology team – our engineers are top-notch, and we always aim for excellence.
Benefit from a competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we continue to scale.
Thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where your work is visible and recognized.
Develop professionally alongside talented colleagues who share knowledge freely and support one another.
Make a global impact by helping customers shift to AI-assisted design, making innovation faster, smarter, and more sustainable.
Balance life and work with a hybrid model and flexible hours—we care about results, not rigid schedules.
