BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

Perhaps you've already spent a few years working in medical device sales or as a Clinical Specialist, building relationships with surgeons, supporting procedures and developing your commercial confidence in the operating theatre.
Now you're ready for more.
More ownership. More opportunity. More scope to make your mark.
Join BD in a newly created role supporting both our Biosurgery and Infection Prevention portfolios across SA and NT. This is a rare opportunity to work across two exciting surgical portfolios while building a long-term career with one of the world's leading healthcare companies.
At BD, possibility isn't an idea. It's what we do. We are the Makers of Possible.
As a Territory Manager - Biosurgery & Infection Prevention, you'll partner with surgeons, perioperative teams and healthcare stakeholders to drive adoption of innovative surgical technologies that improve patient outcomes and support clinical best practice.
Your portfolio will include Infection Prevention solutions such as ChloraPrep™ and Surgiphor™, alongside Biosurgery technologies including Arista™, Progel™, Avitene™ and Flowable™.
This opportunity has been created as part of ongoing portfolio growth and business expansion.
It's an exciting time to join. With several product launches planned for 2027, you'll have the opportunity to work with established technologies while helping introduce innovative new solutions that will support the future growth of both portfolios.
This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor in theatre, influence clinical practice and build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals across SA and NT.
No two days will look the same.
One day you may be supporting a surgeon in theatre. The next, you'll be presenting clinical evidence, delivering education, identifying new business opportunities or helping customers evaluate innovative technologies.
You will:
You're commercially minded, relationship-driven and excited by the opportunity to build a successful career in surgical sales.
Perhaps you're already working as a Surgical Sales Representative, a Clinical Specialist looking to transition into sales, or an emerging Territory Manager who is ready for a larger opportunity.
You enjoy being in theatre, building clinician relationships and finding opportunities to grow your business. You're proactive, resilient and motivated by achieving results.
You'll bring:
Experience within Orthopaedics, Biosurgery, Wound Care, Sports Medicine, Infection Prevention or adjacent procedural specialties will be highly regarded.

Here in ANZ, you'll join a collaborative and high-performing team supported by strong leadership, ongoing development and clear career pathways.
Many of our leaders began their careers in frontline sales roles, and a high percentage of our opportunities are filled internally. We don't just talk about development, we invest in it.
If you're ambitious, coachable and looking to build a long-term MedTech career, BD offers the scale, support and opportunities to help you grow.
Because at BD, possibility isn't just imagined. It's made.
If you're ready to take ownership of your territory, build your surgical sales career and help drive the next phase of growth across Biosurgery and Infection Prevention, we'd love to hear from you.
