We are the people who give possibilities purpose
BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

You've spent your career supporting patients through treatment, educating colleagues and helping deliver safe, effective cancer care. Now, there's an opportunity to take that expertise beyond the bedside and influence oncology practice across hospitals throughout Victoria and Tasmania.
Join a global leader in medical technology and help healthcare teams adopt innovative solutions that improve safety for both patients and clinicians. Whether you're an Oncology Nurse, Haematology Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse Educator, this role offers a unique pathway into MedTech while allowing you to stay connected to the specialty you're passionate about.
At BD, possibility isn't an idea. It's what we do. We are the Makers of Possible.
As an Oncology Sales Specialist, you'll partner with oncology clinicians, pharmacists and healthcare leaders across VIC East and Tasmania, helping drive adoption of BD's innovative oncology portfolio.
From hazardous drug solutions and vascular access devices to closed-system transfer technologies, you'll support hospitals in delivering safer cancer care while building relationships with healthcare professionals who rely on these solutions every day.
This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, educator and clinical partner, helping shape best practice across multiple healthcare settings while building a rewarding long-term career with one of the world's leading MedTech organisations.
No two days will look exactly the same. One day you might be providing education to an oncology ward, the next partnering with pharmacists, nurse educators and key decision-makers to support best practice and improve patient safety.
You will:
You're passionate about oncology care and naturally build trust with the people around you.
Perhaps you're an Oncology Nurse, Haematology Nurse, Chemotherapy Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse Educator who enjoys educating others, influencing best practice and being recognised as a clinical expert.
You're ready for your next challenge. One that allows you to leverage the expertise you've spent years building while creating broader impact across multiple healthcare settings.
You'll bring:
