We are looking for a Test Automation Specialist based in Denmark who wants to raise the quality bar across our delivery teams, combining hands-on test work with the influence to shape practices, tooling, and standards in a complex business domain.
About the role
In Solution Development Claims, we build and operate the technology that powers claim handling at scale. As our delivery setup matures, we are moving quality from “a phase at the end” to a continuous capability embedded in how teams design, develop, and release.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics and our offshore delivery centre in Manila, contributing to a setup where business value and technical quality go hand in hand.

About the team
Solution Development Claims is a large department responsible for the technology platform behind our claims handling. Although we are a sizeable organisation, we work in an agile Tribe setup with squads distributed across the Nordics, giving teams the ownership and autonomy to deliver while staying aligned on shared goals.
