Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

1. 产品测试

• 根据测试计划及测试规范执行产品性能测试、功能测试及可靠性测试。
• 按照标准操作流程（SOP）完成各项样机生产及测试任务。
• 正确使用各种测试设备、量具及实验仪器。
• 负责测试样品的安装、连接及调试。

2. Verification & Validation（V&V）

• 协助工程师完成产品Verification（设计验证）及Validation（产品确认）测试。
• 执行环境测试、寿命测试、安全测试及其他验证项目。
• 对测试过程中出现的问题进行记录、分析及反馈。

3. 数据记录与分析

• 准确记录测试数据及实验结果。
• 整理测试记录，形成测试报告。
• 协助分析测试异常，并提出初步改善建议。
• 确保测试数据真实、完整、可追溯。

4. 设备维护

• 负责测试设备日常点检、维护及校准确认。
• 保持实验室及测试区域整洁有序。
• 协助设备故障排查及简单维修。

5. 项目支持

• 支持新产品开发（NPI）阶段的测试工作。
• 配合研发、质量及制造部门完成相关验证活动。
• 按计划完成测试任务，确保项目进度。

6. 质量与安全

• 严格遵守实验室安全规范及EHS要求。
• 遵守公司质量体系要求（ISO9001 / ISO13485 / FDA / GMP等）。
• 确保测试过程符合相关标准及法规要求。

Other Job Requirements:

30～45周岁为佳

Experience & Education Qualifications:

机械、电子或计算机类相关专业为佳； 高中或以上学历； 5年以上装配环境的工作经验，至少1年以上类似岗位的工作经验 有ERP系统操作经验优先 有基本的精益理念（5S，可视化看板，单件流等）以及极强的质量意识 具有良好工作态度，责任心强，勤奋好学，具团队合作精神；
