Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Improve the process capacity of the Tissue machine through the formulation and optimization of the Tissue machine production process; • Ensure the smooth progress of the technical improvement project through the demonstration, presentation and implementation of the technical improvement plan; • Collecting and analyzing process parameters and improving process to reduce variation; • Participating in the installation and debugging of the new Tissue machine project, follow up the initial operation of the Tissue machine in the new project; • Ensure the implementation of the Tissue machine maintenance plan by making and tracking the Tissue machine maintenance plan; • Evaluate the effectiveness of each trial by implementing and tracking the effectiveness of each trial item.
