Working in partnership to build better businesses.
Triton is an investment firm that believes in engaging with boards, managers and employees to build better businesses. We are entrepreneurs who invest capital where we can see an opportunity to create long-term value.
We believe Triton is a great place to work and we want our team to be entrepreneurial, enjoy being part of a collective effort, inspire and challenge each other, and to bring an international mindset.
Founded in 1997 and partner-owned, Triton is a leading European mid-market sector specialist investor focused on mission-critical businesses across Business Services, Industrial Tech, and Healthcare. With over 150+ investment professionals across 11 offices, Triton invests through three complementary strategies:
Some of Triton’s key differentiators include proprietary deal access through strong local presence, partnerships with global corporates and family-owned businesses, a repeatable investment playbook, and the Accelerator Unit. Acting as Triton's dedicated value creation group with over 50 operational and functional specialists across areas such as Leadership & Culture, Full Potential planning, AI & Digital and Sustainability, this is one of the largest such platforms in European private equity.
Triton's over 300 investors include leading pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurers, family offices, and endowments. With key offices in London, Stockholm and Frankfurt, Triton also maintains a broader presence across the Nordics, DACH, Benelux, China, and the US.
As an Associate at Triton, you will play a key role in the full investment lifecycle—from deal origination and execution to value creation and eventual exit. You will gain unparalleled access to senior management teams and decision-makers, both internally and externally, while taking on significant responsibility from day one.
Working within lean deal teams, you will lead critical work streams and represent the firm in transactions and portfolio company engagements.
This role is highly collaborative and requires strong relationship-building skills. You will engage with C-level executives, board members, industry leaders, LPs, advisers, and peers, expanding Triton’s network and influence.
At Triton, we are hands-on investors. Our team members are expected to shape and execute strategic change at portfolio companies, working directly with leadership to drive growth and operational excellence. International travel and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments are key to success.
In return, Triton offers a strong support network to develop your investment acumen, mentorship from experienced professionals, and the opportunity to co-invest alongside the fund—directly rewarding you for the value you help create.
