Тoday, we serve over 7 million clients, with more than €38 billion in assets under management - a testament to the scale and trust we’ve built in just a few years.
We are looking for a driven Trading Operations Specialist (with 1-3 years experience) to join our Trading Operations Team. You’ll take your operational experience further - learning how a fast-moving fintech runs its post-trade infrastructure, contributing to how it runs and developing the expertise to improve it.
Gain in-depth knowledge of daily processes across the trade lifecycle - not just execute them, but actively improve them where necessary.
Act as a subject matter point of contact within the Trading Operations domain.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with a structured, analytical approach, and document your findings in a way that prevents recurrence.
Write and maintain SOPs and control documentation to a high standard.
Engage directly with brokers, custodians, and internal teams across the firm, representing Trading Operations with confidence and clarity.
Support senior team members on firm wide developments and strategic projects.
1–3 years of experience in trading operations, settlements, or a closely related post-trade function.
An undergraduate degree.
Experience in trade/position reconciliations and break resolutions.
A track record of not just completing tasks but questioning and improving the processes behind them.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to cut through complexity and communicate conclusions clearly to both operational and non-operational audiences.
An appetite for automation and tooling; you'd rather build a smarter process than repeat the same manual task indefinitely.
Confidence to engage cross-functionally and challenge existing approaches constructively.
Knowledge of settlement flows across multiple markets.
Familiarity with custodian or broker platforms.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, APIs and/or similar tools.
Challenges that will help you grow and realise your potential fast
Opportunity to make a significant impact - you will build innovative services used by millions of investors to build wealth
Work with smart, high performing colleagues with a common goal
An environment where nothing is set in stone
Appreciation for your talent and ideas
Generous remuneration package
Bring your ambition to Europe’s fastest-growing mobile broker!
