As an Associate Engineer PC /MFG Ops (AE) Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting process stability, equipment performance, and continuous improvement across various modules and fabs. You will undergo structured on-the-job training and mentorship to build foundational skills in semiconductor manufacturing, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize WIP (Work in progress) management to maximize throughput and linearity.
- Allocate and deploy workforce effectively for optimum productivity.
- Engage specialists regularly to give feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement.
- Identify potential human error issues in the fab and work on corrective/preventive actions.
- Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues to identify, implement temporary solutions and work with Engineering team to resolve them.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel.
- Comply with environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work and workplace.
- Ensure proper documentation and data integrity.

Education
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or any other relevant engineering discipline.
