Your daily responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high-quality, high-speed services related to optical and DWDM core networks
- Planning, managing, and maintaining core transmission networks at the national and international levels
- Monitoring, analyzing, and, where necessary, proposing and implementing changes to improve services
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Operational collaboration with international partners
This position could be yours if you have the following:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a role with similar responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience with protocols and devices for synchronizing (phase/frequency/NTP) telecommunications networks
- Practical experience with DWDM devices and networks, including management systems (fault and configuration management)
- Experience working with major clients and equipment manufacturers, as well as coordinating with internal and external teams
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- A college degree in telecommunications, information technology, or another relevant technical field
- Fluency in spoken and written English
