Job Description Summary
The Analyst – Infrastructure Support is part of Treasury Operations, supporting GE Vernova’s electronic banking infrastructure.
The role focuses on FIS TRAX and Quantum, especially for payment processing, bank reporting, and compliance activities.
It supports Transaction Services processes, handles business enquiries, and helps drive operational improvements.
The position reports to the Senior Treasury Manager and works closely with banks, internal teams, and technology stakeholders.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve payment exceptions in FIS TRAX to ensure timely, accurate payment processing.
- Maintain static data in FIS Quantum and validate data accuracy across Treasury platforms.
- Perform system administration tasks, including bank onboarding and account setup in FIS TRAX and related tools.
- Support payment compliance screening in Bridger, including Level 1 reviews and required escalations.
- Monitor bank reporting files to ensure successful receipt, ingestion, and reconciliation.
- Partner with banks and internal stakeholders to resolve electronic payment and reporting issues, and respond to related business enquiries.
- Support data validation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, backup product support, and business continuity planning.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Treasury operations, cash management, electronic banking, or financial operations.
- Experience with electronic payment systems and bank reporting platforms.
- Solid understanding of Treasury operations and cash management principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of banking networks, payment systems, collections, disbursements, and banking protocols, with ERP/Treasury integration experience.
- Familiarity with FIS TRAX and/or FIS Quantum, strong attention to detail, and willingness to travel as needed.
