- Enable secure and effective system access by maintaining appropriate user permissions and routine configurations that strengthen governance, accountability, and operational continuity.
- Improve system performance and user experience by supporting testing for enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality, ensuring changes meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
- Advance operational efficiency by identifying recurring issues, strengthening documentation, and contributing improvement ideas that make treasury processes more reliable, consistent, and scalable.
What you'll bring

- An understanding of system testing, file management, data imports and exports, file transfers, and basic reporting concepts.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, provide clear updates, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or vendors.
It's a bonus if you have
- Exposure to Kyriba or another Treasury Management System (TMS).
