This is a rare opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions and leave a lasting impact across the organisation.
The team
You will form part of the Global Infrastructure management team. Global Infrastructure is the technology backbone of ING, providing the platforms, networks, cloud services, and core technology foundations that power digital banking across the world. Together with senior stakeholders across technology, architecture, risk and business functions, you will drive standardisation, simplification and convergence across the global network landscape. The culture is collaborative, international and product-focused, with a strong emphasis on ownership, engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to align priorities, resolve cross-domain challenges and accelerate platform adoption.
Developing high-performing engineering teams, strengthening capability, craftsmanship and engagement across a global organisation.
