At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing UGC creators for direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brands.
Proven experience producing or managing creator-generated content used in paid social advertising, particularly on Meta and/or TikTok.
Strong understanding of what makes UGC effective in performance marketing, including compelling hooks, authentic storytelling, and conversion-focused creative.
Familiarity with performance metrics such as CAC and ROAS, and the ability to use results to inform creative and creator decisions.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage a large creator pipeline, multiple deliverables, deadlines, and revision cycles.
Experience coordinating creator outreach, onboarding, content approvals, usage rights, agreements, and payments.
Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate briefs, feedback, and expectations clearly.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with creative and paid media teams.
Competitive salary paid in USD.
Performance-based incentives and quarterly bonuses tied to performance.
100% remote work, offering flexibility to work remotely.
Full-time, long-term opportunity with a growing direct-to-consumer brand.
