PayPay Card is working to improve product experiences in the financial and payment domain.
Currently, with the growth of our products, the areas in which designers are involved have expanded beyond the quality of UI design to include requirements organization, consistency of user experience, operation of design systems and Figma, and collaboration with PdMs, engineers, and business departments.
We are recruiting a UI/UX Designer who can not only turn given requirements into screens, but also identify issues on their own and, while collaborating with stakeholders, move better product experiences forward.
具体的な業務内容 / Responsibilities
PayPayカードのウェブ/ アプリにおけるUI/UX設計
ユーザーフロー、画面設計、ワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイプの作成
PdM、エンジニア、マーケティング、CS、法務・リスク部門などとの要件整理・合意形成
ユーザー課題や事業課題に基づく改善提案
Figmaを用いたUIデザイン、コンポーネント活用、デザインデータの管理
デザインレビューへの参加、レビュー観点の言語化
UXリサーチ、ユーザーテスト、定量/定性データを活用した改善
デザインガイドラインやデザインシステムの運用・改善
AIツールを活用したリサーチ、情報整理、ドキュメント作成、制作効率化
UI/UX design for PayPay Card's web and mobile applications
Creation of user flows, screen designs, wireframes, and prototypes
Requirements organization and consensus building with PdMs, engineers, marketing, customer support, legal, risk management, and other departments
Improvement proposals based on user issues and business issues
UI design using Figma, utilization of components, and management of design data
Participation in design reviews and articulation of review perspectives
Improvements utilizing UX research, user testing, and quantitative/qualitative data
Operation and improvement of design guidelines and design systems
Research, information organization, document creation, and production efficiency improvement utilizing AI tools
必要な経験/スキル / Required Experience & Skills
下記関連業務経験年数5年以上あること
ウェブまたはアプリのUI/UXデザイン実務経験
Figmaを用いたUIデザイン、プロトタイピングの実務経験
ユーザー課題や事業課題をもとに、設計意図を言語化できる力
自ら課題を見つけ、提案し、改善に向けて行動できる主体性
英語でのコミュニケーション能力
英語でのミーティングに参加し、論点や決定事項を理解できる
デザイン意図、仕様確認、懸念点を英語で説明・質問できる
要件、仕様、リスク、レビューコメントを正確に理解・説明できる
日本語での高度なコミュニケーション能力
目安：日本語能力試験N1相当以上

Must have 5 years or more of experience in the related work listed below:
Practical experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications
Practical experience in UI design and prototyping using Figma
Ability to articulate design intent based on user issues and business issues
Initiative to independently identify issues, make proposals, and take action toward improvement
English Communication Ability
Able to participate in meetings conducted in English and understand discussion points and decisions
Able to explain design intent, confirm specifications, and explain or ask questions regarding concerns in English
Able to accurately understand and explain requirements, specifications, risks, and review comments
Advanced Japanese Communication Ability: Equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level or higher
Able to accurately understand and explain requirements, specifications, risks, and review comments

Experience in areas close to PdM, including involvement in requirements organization, prioritization, and roadmap planning
